The paperwork that wins commercial work, done by 5pm, not 10pm.

Tender responses, variation claims and priced enquiry replies, drafted from your real rates in your own words. You review and send.

Type five lines about the job. Get back the finished document, priced from your list, in your voice, ready to send after you approve it.

Sound familiar?

The tender's due Friday and the methodology section is still eight hours of typing you don't have.

The variation happened three weeks ago, nobody wrote it up, and now you're absorbing it.

Enquiries from 6pm onwards never get priced, and someone else wins them.

Use case 01

Tender & prequalification responses

Today

Commercial work is won on paperwork: capability statements, methodology sections, prequal questionnaires. Each one is a full evening, so you bid on a fraction of what you could deliver.

Instead

Paste the tender questions; get back a full draft grounded in your real past projects and methods, with anything unevidenced flagged [CONFIRM] instead of bluffed. You edit for an hour instead of writing for eight.

With the default assumptions shown here, that's worth $18,240 a year. Slide the numbers to yours.

Value of that time + one extra win$18,240/yr

Assumes drafting drops to ~1.5 hrs of review per tender, and that bidding on more work wins at least one extra contract a year. Set that to $0 if you'd rather count time only.

Use case 02

Variation & EOT claims that get paid

Today

The variation you didn't document is the variation you paid for. Writing the claim properly (cause, cost impact, contract wording) keeps losing to whatever's louder that night.

Instead

Site note in, formal variation claim out the same day: cause, itemised cost from your rates, response-by date. Documented while the site conversation is still fresh.

With the default assumptions shown here, that's worth $11,520 a year. Slide the numbers to yours.

Counts only variations currently absorbed or waived because the claim never got written. Your number may be higher. Most are.

Use case 03

Every enquiry priced, even the 8pm ones

Today

Quoting after dinner has a limit, and the enquiries past that limit quietly become someone else's jobs.

Instead

An enquiry email arrives; a priced draft reply from your actual rate card is waiting for your approval. Five minutes to review instead of forty-five to write.

With the default assumptions shown here, that's worth $15,525 a year. Slide the numbers to yours.

46 working weeks. Only counts enquiries that currently go unanswered, not faster turnaround on the ones you already quote.

The edge case

The job that breaks template systems

A builder wants a switchboard upgrade plus EV charger install, priced, with a one-paragraph methodology and your licence details. One document, due tomorrow.

Mixed catalogue items, labour and prose in a single draft, every figure traceable to your rate card (ask "where did that number come from?" and it shows you), formatted on your letterhead. Template quoting tools do the rows; this does the document.

How it starts

01

Send your price list and five documents you've written: quotes, reports, letters. That's the whole setup.

02

It learns them: your exact prices go into editable tables, your way of writing gets picked up, and your usual documents become one-click jobs.

03

Your first real document goes out the same day, drafted in minutes, reviewed and sent by you.

It drafts; you approve. Nothing is ever sent, signed or submitted without a person reviewing it first.

Fair questions

We already use ServiceM8 / Tradify / simPRO, so why would we need this?+

Keep it. Job-management software prices the job when someone fills in the line items, and it does that well. This writes the documents it can't: tender responses, variation claims, compliance reports, covering letters and enquiry replies, drafted from your real prices and your past documents, sounding like you. They run side by side.

Where do the prices come from?+

From your own rate card or price list, uploaded once as a spreadsheet or even a PDF. Figures are quoted exactly with the source shown. It is told never to invent a price, and it flags anything it can't find rather than guessing.

Prices moved again this year. What happens to old quotes?+

You update the price list once, and every document after that uses the new figures. With costs rising 5 to 7% a year, that's the difference between a price list and a margin leak.

Does it send anything by itself?+

No, and it can't. Every document is a draft until a person approves it. Even connected email and calendar actions wait in an approvals inbox for a human click. That's how it's built, not a setting.

Who owns what we put in, and what happens to our price list?+

You do, outright. Uploaded documents are deleted within 24 hours of processing. Your price lists and reference documents sit in your own account, locked away from everyone else, downloadable at any time, and never used to train AI models. Cancel and you keep everything. Delete and it's gone immediately.
