Q.02What is it actually building from my documents?+
A written profile of how you work: how you sound, what you never say, how you make decisions, what you charge. You can open that profile, read it in plain English, change any line, and download it. There's no mystery model trained on your data. It's a document you own that tells the AI how to write as you.
Q.03Who owns my data?+
You do. Uploaded files are deleted within 24 hours of being read, automatically, even when something fails. Your profile is locked to your account at the database level, you can download it whenever you like, and deleting your account removes everything instantly. Nothing you upload or create is ever used to train AI models.
Q.04Which AI does it use?+
Claude, made by Anthropic, one of the world's leading AI companies. Paid plans can switch between models or connect their own AI accounts and run everything under their own agreement. If none of that means anything to you, ignore it: the default just works.
Q.05Can I use it outside this website?+
Yes, on Pro and Team. It can plug into other software your business uses, and developers can connect it to almost anything through the API. Your profile also downloads as a portable file, so nothing is ever locked in. If you only use the website, everything works there too.
Q.06How does it get better over time?+
Three ways. Add new documents whenever you like, and it adds to what it knows rather than starting over. Correct it in plain English, like 'don't open with an apology, lead with the decision'. Or edit its profile directly. It checks every change with you first, and you can undo any of them.
Q.07Does it work for a whole team or company?+
Yes. On the Team plan your staff share one set of price lists and company knowledge, while each person keeps their own private writing style. Drafts can be routed so a manager signs them off instead of the person who triggered them, and every decision is logged. Five seats are included, then $29 a month per extra seat.

Yes, and it does more than watch. On Pro and Team you connect Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive or OneDrive, then tell it in plain words what to act on — say, anything with 'quote' in the subject. When one lands, it drafts the work and puts it in your queue. It can only read your mail. It can never send, change or delete anything. Personal details like phone numbers and card numbers are stripped out before anything is stored, your connections are private to you, and disconnecting removes access immediately.
