The design assumes sensitivity: use initials in inputs, uploads are deleted within 24 hours of processing, nothing is used to train AI models, and your data is locked to your account and downloadable any time. Practices with stricter requirements can run generation under their own model provider agreement.
Will it write clinical opinions?+
No. It structures and phrases what the treating practitioner supplies (findings, dates, progress) and flags requested opinion sections for you to complete rather than inventing them. The signature stays yours because the judgment stays yours.
Does it send anything by itself?+
No, and it can't. Every document is a draft until a person approves it. Even connected email and calendar actions wait in an approvals inbox for a human click. That's how it's built, not a setting.
Who owns what we put in, and what happens to our price list?+
You do, outright. Uploaded documents are deleted within 24 hours of processing. Your price lists and reference documents sit in your own account, locked away from everyone else, downloadable at any time, and never used to train AI models. Cancel and you keep everything. Delete and it's gone immediately.
